Hampshire Trust Bank (HTB) has appointed Alex Klimcke as a business development executive (BDE) in its specialist mortgages business development team.
Klimcke joins from Novellus Finance, where he was a business development manager (BDM) for nearly three years.
The lender said his appointment reflected its “continued investment in expertise, ensuring brokers have direct access to decision-makers and the flexibility to structure complex cases with confidence”.
HTB recently restructured its specialist mortgages business development team to “enhance broker support and create a clear career progression path”.
The specialist mortgages business development team now has four levels: BDE, BDM, regional account manager and regional account director.
Andrea Glasgow, sales director for specialist mortgages at HTB, said: “Alex’s experience in specialist lending makes him a fantastic addition to the team. He understands the challenges brokers face and how to provide the right support when it matters most.
