Specialist Finance Academy launches to support diversifying brokers

A Specialist Finance Academy (SFA) has launched to help brokers diversify into the specialist lending sector.

Established by Kim McGinley, founder of brokerage Vibe Finance, the programme will launch on 30 January and registration for the first set of brokers will open for five days at the end of the month.

The SFA will open for its second cohort of brokers in the second quarter of this year.

The academy will address common challenges brokers face when working in the specialist lending market and will be centred on the principles of education, community and collaboration.

McGinley (pictured) said: “I know how daunting specialist finance can seem. This academy simplifies the process, offering education and community support to help brokers grow confidently.”

The programme includes live webinars, Q&A sessions, and insights from industry leaders, with a strong focus on encouraging collaboration among brokers.
