Hinckley & Rugby BS appoints Andrew and Baylis

Hinckley & Rugby Building Society has appointed Nina Andrew and Lauren Baylis as telephone business development managers (BDMs).

Andrew’s previous experience in financial services includes the role of protection specialist and business support manager at the Mortgage Advice Bureau (MAB).

She has more than a decade of experience in client relations and account management.

Meanwhile, Baylis also brings extensive expertise to the team, having worked as a mortgage broker with Strike Financial Services and Purplebricks.

As telephone BDMs, the pair will serve as the first point of contact for brokers, addressing product queries and assisting with applications.

They will provide brokers with up-to-date insights on the society’s offerings, including niche products tailored to clients’ specific needs.

Laura Sneddon, head of mortgage sales at Hinckley & Rugby Building Society, said: “We are dedicated to growing our team to ensure we remain a trusted partner for brokers and deliver the best possible outcomes for clients.

“Nina and Lauren’s appointments expand our capabilities for delivering tailored solutions in an ever-changing market.

“Their expertise and passion for exceptional service align perfectly with our vision.”

Andrew said: “Hinckley & Rugby BS is an organisation that truly values its brokers and takes a tailored approach to lending.

“I look forward to working with the team to provide intermediaries with the support they need to deliver outstanding outcomes for their clients.”

Baylis added: “Joining Hinckley & Rugby BS is an incredible opportunity to contribute to a society that has such a strong reputation in the industry.

“I’m passionate about helping brokers navigate the mortgage market and delivering the exceptional service they deserve.”

Earlier this month, Hinckley & Rugby Building Society and Digital Buildings launched a scheme to support energy-efficient home improvements.
